The Online Focus Groups

We had a great time on our Online Focus groups during the September - October period. We were overwhelmed by the level of support we received from female veterans up and down the country.

The focus groups were attended by over 30 women , tri-service and service providers alike. We were able to introduce individuals to the programme before inviting the participants to discuss issues that they felt affected female veterans specifically and what change they wanted to see in services, in terms of their support. Feedback on ‘what good looks like’ and how change should be implemented. while simultaneously celebrating services that currently provide the kind of support the women we spoke to wanted.

The feedback was invaluable for gaining a level of insight into what the community need and want to see in service provision.
