Relating to Female Veterans, Help for Heroes have been ‘promoting the whole range of support that is out there for Female Veterans, not only from a veteran stance but also what is available in the wider community. Thinking differently about how they can support people to Live Well after service and advising that support is there, and it does not matter when you served, or for how long.

People are unique and one size does not fit all. From a coaching for health stance, enabling and empowering people to take charge of their healthcare pathways and ‘What Matters To Them’.

We do endeavour in whatever we do, the needs of Female Veterans are considered in our Equality Impact Assessments. Female Veterans being one of our six key cohorts.’
